Titles of the Paper:
1) Physics Department:

Guidelines for Technical Paper Presentation:
1. Maximum of 2 participants in each team.
2. The format of paper must be in (i) In a one column format
(ii) Times New Roman with font size 12, 1.5 line spacing in MS–Word format (iii) For headings use bold and a font of size 16
(iv) must not exceed 8 pages.
3. Please Mail your abstract, paper and ppt on following email addresses [email protected]
4. The teams will get 12minutes for presentation which includes 10 minutes of paper presentation 2 minutes for question and answer session.
5. The full length paper presentation must be sent before 28/03/2019.
6. Participants should bring college I-Card & receipt on event day.
7. The mail with submissions should contain:
Title- theme of the paper.
Name of both the authors .
Phone no of both the authors.
E- mail ID .
8. Paper must contain index, list of figures, list of tables, abstract, introduction, point
wise description of subject and conclusion and references.
9. Last day to submit soft copy of your report (via e-mail) will be two days prior to the
day of presentation.
10. The decision of judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.
11. Selected candidates should bring 2 hardcopies and one soft copy of the submitted
paper on the day of the event.
12. The decision of judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.
13. After you have submitted the soft copy, a panel of judges will go through your
material and if you are shortlisted to give the presentation, you will be notified.
14. The abstract mail should contain abstract, references, your e-mail id and mobile
number.
